We are located just a few blocks from the charming downtown Ocean City shopping area, playgrounds, boardwalk, rides, skateboard park & yacht club.  Enjoy 3rd street beach in an 8 minute walk or head over to Bay Avenue and try out the water sports scene

Everything America's Greatest Family Resort has to offer is within walking and biking distance from this quiet North end residence. Amenities include 3 off street parking spots, WiFi, Smart TV in living room, 2 additional TVs in bedrooms, 4 beach tags and a private outdoor shower and changing room for easy clean up after a day at the beach. This property has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, stacked washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

We ask that you supply your own linens specific to the bed sizes for each room, 1 queen, 3 twin beds. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3 pm and checkout is 10 am. Please contact us by email to discuss your scheduling needs and any questions.  Weekly rates vary from $1,850 – $2,550 per week, with an additional $150 cleaning fee and a $250/$500 refundable security deposit.  No pets of any kind permitted. Absolutely no smoking.  Renters must be 25 yrs or older.
